I want to create a Match or Challenge Gift for the Founders' Day of Giving - what do I do?

Please contact Board@thetataufoundation.org.  Match and challenge gifts are vital to the success of the Founders' Day of Giving, and we will reach out to you to customize your idea!

Is my donation tax deductible?

Yes, the Theta Tau Educational Foundation is a 501(c)(3) public charity and gifts are tax-deductible to the extent allowed by U.S. law. You will receive a confirmation email that can be used as your receipt.

I would love to do more - how can I help?

We would love ambassadors to help spread the word on social media. Please sign up on the Ambassador's tab above.

What does Fund Designation on the Donate page mean?

Fund Designation identifies where your gift will be given.  Gifts can be designated to:

1) the General Theta Tau Educational Foundation Fund,

2) the Leadership Academy Fund, or

3) one of the 9 designated/scholarship funds

Will my chapter receive my donation?

The Educational Foundation does not provide funds to specific chapters via donations.  Any gift made will be routed into

1) the General Theta Tau Educational Foundation Fund,
